Delivery policy
Deliveries within Canada are usually made with Canada Post. Orders are shipped 3-10 business days after receipt of payment. Given the exceptional situation we are currently experiencing (Covid-19), delivery times may be longer than usual. We have no control over this situation and thank you for your patience. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact Canada Post for complaints with the shipment tracking number. If you do not have the tracking number, please contact customer service at info@miladicosmetics.com. We will respond within one week. Please check your junk mail box if you have not received a reply, or contact us at 514-662-8275. Please communicate preferably by e-mail.
Exchange and refund policy
It is important to test all new cosmetics on the elbow crease or wrist 24 hours before use. In case of reaction, discontinue use. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
